Refund policy
All sales are final. Refunds will be considered in the case of defective products. Please contact Red Hen Books at: hello@redhencraftbooks.com. Please provide a description and photos of the defective products you received. We will consider refund/exchange requests submitted by email within 20 days from the delivery date.
Shipping insurance is included with every purchase up to $100. In some cases, you may be asked to provide information for a shipping insurance claim. USPS nor Red Hen Books will compensate for stolen packages. It's your responsibility to provide a secure location for package delivery.
